Incoming 7th Grade Immunizations
Immunizations:
ATTENTION 6th Grade Students!
Before you will be allowed to attend school for the 7th grade or to participate in sports, you MUST provide documentation of having their Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines. As an incentive, any student who turns in documentation to the school nurse before the end of the school year will receive a certificate for a free concession item. Some tickets will be given out this week to those who have this documentation already in their record.
